Simi Jolaoso is an award-winning journalist and presenter, who is driven by a commitment to pursue truth, amplify unheard voices and hold power to account.
She has reported across Europe and the Global South delivering powerful, high-stakes investigations and acclaimed frontline coverage into children cancer exploitation and scams across the globe, sexual violence in South Africa, Shell’s oil spill clean up failures in Nigeria, controversial disability benefit reforms in the UK, the global mpox emergency centred in the DR Congo, Prince Harry and Meghan’s historic visit to West Africa, and more. She has led exclusive interviews with an array of people, from figures within international politics, to cultural and music icons. Her work has drawn the attention of influential figures, including King Charles. Beyond the newsroom, Simi is an entrepreneur in the femtech field and a speaker. She has presented at events hosted by ViacomCBS, Amnesty International, Cambridge University and at the House of Lords.
